Your role as the Account Manager is to operate as the lead point of contact and oversee customer’s account, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
Key responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-lasting relationships with customers
- Proactively manage each customer’s business needs while they are in trial period
- Go the extra mile to engage free trial users and convert them to paid customers
- Keep current clients satisfied and deliver exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, and screen-share meetings
- Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams
Ideal candidate has:
- 2+ years of proven sales/business development/account management experience
- Excellent verbal and written language skills for English – Equivalent C1 level
- Excellent verbal, negotiation and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
