Job Description


We are looking for an ABM Specialist to join the Workpuls Marketing team. 


As ABM Specialist you will be responsible for the design, development and optimization for omni-channel marketing programs associated with account-based demand motions.


Responsibilities:

  • Define the roadmap and vision for scalable ABM programs
  • Execute innovative and creative ABM programs across channels to generate pipeline from concept through execution, i.e., strategy, timeline, budget, design and content support, campaign development and campaign measurement
  • Understand business requirements and develop the strategy for the full customer journey to drive demand, in partnership with marketing and sales teams.
  • Provide ongoing data and insights on target accounts and contacts within these accounts utilizing tools and resources to provide value to sales
  • Define audience targets and priority markets -- in partnership with other Marketing teams - to align to a globalization plan.
  • Work with the content team to develop content distribution plans across marketing channels (social networks, paid ads, blog, display, web and email) that lead to pipeline acceleration in our ABM campaigns.
  • Identify the most effective marketing messages, value proposition, materials, channels, and calls to action for personas and key accounts in the regions.
  • Outline the required business outcomes and objectives, providing direction regarding suitable channels for execution.
  • Measure, analyse, and report on target account penetration on a monthly, quarterly basis as well as impact of ABM efforts on sales pipeline revenue (marketing sourced and influenced)
  • Be responsible for driving innovation, collaboration, and execution across team to reach quarterly OKRs

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a campaign manager or field marketer
  • Proven expertise in business modeling and root cause analysis
  • Proven success leading marketing funnel management
  • Knowledge of Geo/Market strategies and localization requirements
  • Strong communication skills at the executive level
  • Experience designing and implementing personalization and segmentation strategies
  • Experience with targeting, segmentation, and list acquisition
  • Proficiency across major marketing technologies, including ABM and Direct Mail platforms (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce, DemandBase, Engagio, Triblio)
  • Sales experience
  • Fluency in English
