Customer Service Representative

We're looking for a responsible person to join Workpuls team in our Belgrade office as a Customer Service Representative.

Your main responsibility would be managing client's requests and needs via chat, email and phone.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling all forms of client communications via chat, email, phone or and screen-share meetings
  • Keep current clients satisfied and deliver exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Provide proper follow up on clients
  • Proactively manage each customer’s business needs while they are in trial period
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams
  • Help with definition of new product features

Ideal candidate has:

  • Excellent verbal and written language skills for English – Equivalent C1 level
  • Good presentation skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Patience and loves helping others
