As an Inbound Sales Team Lead, you will be in charge of managing a team of Sales Executives working on Enterprise and SMB inbound leads and planning sales activities to achieve quarterly targets. You will be a player-coach and work with the customers directly as well.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the sales pipeline
- Monitor the team's sales performance and report on metrics in Hubspot
- Discover training needs and provide coaching to Sales Executives
- Identify potential strategic clients and prospects
- Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, and screen-share meetings
- Oversee and assist with RFP/RFI responses
- Managing sales cycles - handling meetings, presentations and demo sessions
- Making sure the clients are satisfied with the software and explore potential to provide them with more licenses
Ideal candidate has:
- 3+ years of proven sales/business development/account management experience with references
- Team Lead experience
- Excellent verbal, negotiation and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
