We're looking for an experienced Inbound Sales Team Lead to join our team in Belgrade, and help our sales team reach new heights.

As an Inbound Sales Team Lead, you will be in charge of managing a team of Sales Executives working on Enterprise and SMB inbound leads and planning sales activities to achieve quarterly targets. You will be a player-coach and work with the customers directly as well.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the sales pipeline 
  • Monitor the team's sales performance and report on metrics in Hubspot
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching to Sales Executives
  • Identify potential strategic clients and prospects
  • Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, and screen-share meetings
  • Oversee and assist with RFP/RFI responses
  • Managing sales cycles - handling meetings, presentations and demo sessions
  • Making sure the clients are satisfied with the software and explore potential to provide them with more licenses


Ideal candidate has:


  • 3+ years of proven sales/business development/account management experience with references
  • Team Lead experience
  • Excellent verbal, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
