Job Description


We are looking for an Outbound Sales Team Lead to join our Sales team. 


As Outbound Sales Team Lead you will be the one in charge of driving the Lead Generation and Outreach motion to generate interest with potential buyers.


Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of SDRs that are booking meetings for Account Executives
  • Leading a team of Lead Generation Representatives
  • Creating a go-to-market strategy with other Team Leads
  • Creating Quarterly and Annual Team Goals
  • Recruiting and onboarding new SDRs and Lead Generation Representatives
  • Keeping track of your Team’s KPIs

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English
  • 3+ years of proven sales/business development experience with references
  • Team Lead experience
  • Excellent verbal, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment
  • Self-starter/learner attitude, and ability to get things done
