This Privacy Policy governs WorkPuls’s treatment of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that WorkPuls gathers when you access the Website and when you use WorkPuls’s services or applications. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that WorkPuls does not own or control, or to individuals that WorkPuls does not employ or manage.


The information we gather from customers enables us to personalize and improve our services. We collect the following types of information from our customers:


We may receive and store any information you enter on our website or provide to us in any other way. In order to use the service, you will be required to download and install a software application onto computers that you wish to monitor as part of the service. This software, WorkPuls Agent, collects information about the user’s use of the computer that may extend beyond the information collected as part of registration, including without limitation user behavior data such as application usage, website visits and idle time. Every account has it’s own unique agent associated with it. An WorkPuls Agent created for you will only report data to your account.

WorkPuls Agent is not a keystroke-logging application it does not record any keystrokes, mouse movements, where you click on the screen, and it does not record what you type.

Information collected by WorkPuls Agent will only be available to registered users on your WorkPuls account.Here’s an example of what WorkPuls Agent sends to the server:

We often receive a confirmation when you open an email from WorkPuls if your computer supports this type of program. WorkPuls uses this confirmation to help us make emails more interesting and helpful. We also compare our customer list to lists received from other companies, in an effort to avoid sending unnecessary messages to our customers.

When you receive marketing and promotional email from WorkPuls, you may opt out of receiving further e-mails of those types by following the included instructions to unsubscribe. WorkPuls may send you administrative and customer service-related email messages for which you may not be given the option to unsubscribe. For example, you may receive messages about your account, the provisioning of requested services, system status update messages, and service and security announcements which are mandatory.


For purposes such as improving personalization of our service, we may receive information about you from other sources and add it to your account information. WorkPuls uses Amazon RDS data server. Information is transmitted over 256-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) with encryption. SSL is a security standard used around the world by bank and credit card websites, e-commerce sites, in fact, any site or company who demands the most secure forms of protected communication to keep people's personal and financial information safe.

If paying for the service we will collect credit card numbers as it appears on the credit card. Credit card information is transmitted via SSL encryption and stored by our merchant account provider Stripe. Stripe is trusted by over 50,000 merchants, Stripe supports transactions in 196 countries through 8 payment methods, 26 currencies, and 15 languages, forming one of the leading processors of online transactions in the world.


Children should not submit any Personal Information without the permission of their parents or guardians. WorkPuls encourages all parents or guardians to instruct their children in the safe and responsible use of their Personal Information while using the Internet. WorkPuls will not allow children under the age of thirteen (13) to use the Website or the services.
